Loneliness is not always an empty room. Sometimes it is a full kitchen, a busy phone and a life in which almost nobody asks the second question. It can coexist with marriage, parenting, work, competence and gratitude.

The aim here is not to collect more contacts. It is to identify the particular forms of connection your life is missing and then create enough room, repetition and honesty for them to grow.
