Agreement

By accessing or using My Inner Foundation ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or, where acting on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

The Service

My Inner Foundation provides self-paced online courses on inner work, nervous-system regulation, relationships, identity, and related personal-development topics, delivered as written lessons, prompts, and practices through this website.

Membership, Payment, Billing & Refunds

Access is provided through monthly or yearly membership unless otherwise stated. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Course Access & Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course library while your membership or authorised access remains active, for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display course content, nor circumvent any technical access controls.

Account & Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Intellectual Property

All course content — text, structure, frameworks, practices, and journal prompts — is the intellectual property of My Inner Foundation unless otherwise attributed. Named third-party frameworks remain the intellectual property of their respective originators.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Site, including unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringement of intellectual property; interference with security; reverse engineering; scraping; or attempting to access the Site in unauthorised ways.

Not a Substitute for Professional Support

The courses are educational and self-development resources. They are not therapy, clinical treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or immediate danger, please contact emergency services, a crisis line, or a qualified professional.

Service Level & Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to access the courses ends.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
