Menopause Without Losing Yourself
Identity, confidence, relationships and self-recognition through the transition.
Menopause can affect body, mood, confidence, intimacy, and identity; the work is to remain in relationship with yourself through change.
The work beneath
Menopause Without Losing Yourself.
Menopause can alter sleep, cognition, mood, desire, body composition and emotional tolerance at the same time that culture becomes less willing to see the woman experiencing it. The result can feel like disappearance when what is actually happening is a profound reorganisation.
This course does not offer medical treatment. It offers language for the psychological transition: the body, marriage, sexuality, work, visibility and the possibility that becoming less compliant may be part of becoming more yourself.
Menopause can affect body, mood, confidence, intimacy, and identity; the work is to remain in relationship with yourself through change.
5 Modules. Fifteen practical lessons.
The five modules move from understanding the pattern to practising a different way of living it. Each lesson includes reflection and a concrete next step.
Place the symptoms inside the wider transition so you can distinguish physiological change, accumulated exhaustion and the life that no longer fits.
Rebuild trust with a body that is changing without making thinness, youth or effortless control the price of self-respect.
Speak honestly about desire, irritation, touch, visibility and the relational changes that silence tends to worsen.
Reconsider achievement, ambition and usefulness when old ways of proving yourself no longer feel worth the cost.
Use the transition as a threshold into clearer preferences, firmer boundaries and a less performative life.
