Menopause can alter sleep, cognition, mood, desire, body composition and emotional tolerance at the same time that culture becomes less willing to see the woman experiencing it. The result can feel like disappearance when what is actually happening is a profound reorganisation.

This course does not offer medical treatment. It offers language for the psychological transition: the body, marriage, sexuality, work, visibility and the possibility that becoming less compliant may be part of becoming more yourself.
